Have you tried Tapping yet?
I know it looks weird and it’s hard to believe it actually works, but as they say, don’t knock it ’til you try it.
If you want to give it a go, these three Tapping exercises will get you started. In these exercises or meditations, you are lead through where to tap and what to say so you can try it for yourself. And they address the all too common problems of stress and overwhelm, anxiety and worry and anger.
